CANCELATION POLICY

for periodical membership and/or subscriptions

247PT Memberships

(a) Termination of periodical subscriptions cannot take effect before the end of the period that has been agreed upon. Such termination must be done at least 1 month, before the end of the (renewed) contract period. For monthly subscriptions, termination must take place 2 weeks before this. Without termination, the subscriptions will automatically be extended after the agreed period has ended, in principle for the same period, unless otherwise agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time, although the aforementioned notice term applies.

(b) In order to terminate a subscription effectively, send your request by email to [email protected] The membership will end on the given end date.

CANCELATION POLICY

for bookings on 247PT Mobile Application

Any cancelation with 24 hours (or more) in advance of the booking time is free of charge. An email confirmation will be sent to you and the service provider or vendor.

Cancelations with less than 24 hours in advance of the booking time are not possible and the fees are nonrefundable.

DELIVERY POLICY

Any payments on 247personal.training will be confirmed by emailed invoice. Please save the receipt of payment. The payment will be holed by 247 PT until you confirm receiving the service from the vendor or service provider.

The Service shall be delivered as soon as possible or within the agreed period after payment.

In case the service is not delivered the refund will be done.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
